Fun Club Recipe

FOR YOUR CLASS, GIVE AWAYS, OR

YOU CAN EAT THEM ALL

BY YOURSELF.  EASY TO DO.

There is nothing better to leave your favorite Easter in my opinion than good old fashioned home made sugar cookies.  Everyone loves em.  Especially Polly Ester Clown and Lolly Pop.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of unsalted soft butter
  • 1/4 Tsp of salt
  • 3/4 Tsp of baking powder
  • 3 cups of all purpose flour
  1. 1

The first thing you will wanna do is preheat your oven to 375*F for the cookies. While that is getting hot sift the baking soda, salt, and flour. After that get a large bowl and put the sugar, butter, egg, and milk in the bowl and beat it all until the dough pulls away from the side of your large bowl.

  2. 2

After that sprinkle powdered sugar where your dough is going to be layed out. Lay your dough out and make little balls and then smash them into thin disks about 1/2 inch big.

  3. 3

Now you will need to get your cookie sheet out and cover it with foil and cover the foil with a little oil so the cookies don't stick. Place the cookies on the cookie sheet and place them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges of them get a little browned. Once they are done take them out and let the cool for 1 to 3 minutes and then serve them to your family and friends.
